Always so happy with my hair, staff are amazing who offer snacks and drinks , would definitely recommend such a nice atmosphere as well!

First hair cut in 6 months and I have to say it's quite possibly the best cut I have ever had! First time I've used TSE Hair and booked again immediately. Ken makes the experience all the more pleasurable with his own unique personality and brand of comedy. I was crying in the chair for all the right reasons and thought my cheeks were going to explode with laughter. Russell Howard and Gordon Ramsay have got jack on this guy. All I needed was a beer and it would have felt like an afternoon out!
Im giving ZERO. I had to put 1 star as I could not put this post up without clicking the star. I went into ask about a dry trim and was told I still had to pay £31.00 for a wash, cut and blow dry. All I wanted was a dry trim. He said they dont do dry trims. He said my hair has to be clean. I felt insulted, as my hair is clean. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. You really should treat people with more respect. I understand that Saturday is a busy time. But if you had given me the dry trim and made appointment for the dry trim at a cheaper price. I would have possibly made a second appointment for the wash, cut and blow dry with regular appointments. So your loss. I finally found a fantastic hairdresser just off Ball Hill. Who was fantastic as soon as I entered the premises, she was busy. Squeezed me in. Straightened my curly hair. Then she trimmed the ends. Charged £16. I am that over the moon. I have made another appointment for the full wash, blow dry and cut for £21.00. I will be putting up a 5 star for the hair dressers I will be using from now on.
This guy is the Gordon Ramsay of hairdressing! First time I've been there and lve made my next appointment! Listens to you as an individual...talks you through as he's cutting your hair Love my hair Thank you!!
