Lovely professional and clean hair salon with great customer service. I went with my daughter to get our hair done. Stella was very friendly and professional. Would go back again and highly recommended.
Stella was amazing and so very patient dealing with a very knotted messy twisted tangled mess of my pre-teen's hair. She did a splendid job with untangling her hair and giving her very long hair a lovely trim and hair style. Thank you so much for your patience. I would highly recommend Stella to anyone who needs detangling or hair cuts. She has a lovely shop with lots of lovely hair products for all hair types.
Great experience, I had goddess braids done by Stella and it was lovely! So happy with the the way the braids turned out, great conversation, hot drinks offered which was also lovely. So professional, will be coming back for twists soon!!
Highly recommend this salon, the place is very nice and accommodating. She’s so friendly and professional, listens to your needs and gives great advice pertaining to your situation. Popped in for the first time for a re-twist session after what’s been a terrible experience since I started my locs’ journey a year ago. Wow, what a warm, friendly, helpful and kind lady is Stella. I had crochet done, full head, Stella was so fast I was completely finished in 2 hours, amazing and I love it, so do all of my friends and neighbours. Looking forward to the next appointment already.
This is the second time I've been to Stella and the service was excellent on both occasions. She always tries to be accommodating with bookings and her prices are reasonable. She gives good advice and won't compromise her principles to give you a style that she feels will damage your hair. The transition of growing short style natural hair is a long and frustrating one, but I'm sure Stella will help and guide me through it.
Stella was great! I was looking for a saloon in Rugby that does good braids and she came through. Very professional, schedules all her clients, respects her appointment hours and customer requests. Great conversation as well. I highly recommend.

My friend recommended me to Stella’s. I moved my appointment back by half an hour, also as we started, I changed the style initially agreed. Stella was very accommodating and professional. Her handling of my hair was great, no pulling or tension. Her customer service was great from start to finish as I was relaxed throughout, didn’t feel like I was at a salon one bit.
