Very disappointing experience - nail technician not properly trained or qualified and untidy - there was no concept of sterilising equipment such as a cuticle cutter and old files past their prime were being used. The small bins around were overflowing - the disposable paper towels had not been replaced - shoddy and unprofessional- 3 layers of gel and two top coats later the nails were looking over done with thick nail paint which peeled off the next day! Customer service training needed for staff who attend phone !
Had an amazing back neck & shoulder massage again on Thursday with Taila. Highly recommend! Bubbly staff from the second you enter Oura, yet very professional! Not to forget she had given me an unforgettable pedicure not long ago also, which certainly revitalised my step!
Kirsten did my nails for graduation and I'm so happy. Having been to the salon a couple of times for nails, I have never been disappointed. Everyone is so friendly and I will definitely be going back.
