My first visit to this salon, all the girls made me feel welcome, and so friendly. Up to date magazines, tea and coffee was offered through out my appointment. I left the salon feeling like a new women, I will 100% be returning fory next cut. See you on 8 weeks. Xx
I went there first time on may 1st after my hairdressers went on maternity and recommend her friend who works here i was kead to believe she used the same products. I was not offered a patch test but assumed it would be fine as using same products but I have had a reaction to the hair dye and have spent the last few days trying to soothe my sore scalp all that is bad enough but she did not even listen to what I wanted and now have hair that is yellow blonde rather than what I asked for a mix of blonde and brown so as not to get terrible regrowth which I am now going to get she was not bothered and happily took my money. I have messaged her since then to be told it was probably the shampoo but I have contacted nhs and as they said it will be the dye and were shocked no patch test was done. she has since spoke with my old hairdresser and messaged to say that she use a diffrent product. prior to my appointment I asked her to contact my old hairdresser as they are friends so she knew what i had and obviously she did not bother. just a warning to others if you go here for hair appointment and are having a colour. now need to pay out again to get it sorted and find a good hairdressers
I had my hair done by James Alexander today for the first time and it is the best haircut I have ever had in my life. James got me booked in last minute so I could have my hair done for my graduation! When I arrived to the salon I was greeted and made to feel at home. We had in depth conversations where we exchanged different photos of what he believed would suit my hair. I was offered refreshments throughout the appointment and decided to treat myself to a coffee which was lovely! I got between a half head and full head of highlights (more like a full head) from my naturally dark hair. He got my hair to an amazing colour and it still feels healthy and soft! I also got a haircut which James took the time to have a conversation about to ensure I get the perfect cut for me, and finished off with a nice bouncy blow dry! There was another lady who works in the salon (I cannot remember a name in so sorry) who was also there while I was getting my hair done, both were very welcoming and had great conversations with me while getting my hair done. Overall, the salon is in a lovely quiet area, and is very clean and nice decor, the staff are very friendly and professional, and are experts at what they do. I couldn’t have asked for a better end result and don’t think I would go anywhere else from now on! Thank you so much! (The lighting in my house isn’t great so isn’t doing my hair justice lol)
Absolutely amazing staff! Alexander is an outstanding stylist and makes you feel at ease. He acknowledged everything that I asked for and added his professionalism. So glad to have found him
Visited this salon on the off chance and even though I am not a regular client I was made to feel like I have been going there for years. I felt very relaxed and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely visit this salon again. Thank you team.
Brilliant hairdressers been using them 10+ years. The salon is always clean and warm and the hairstylists are always accommodating, friendly and listen to you. I couldn't recommend them more.

I went for the first time yesterday to get my hair cut and layered and it was brilliant. Very prompt service and everyone was lovely! Came out of the salon very confident and happy with my new style of hair. 10/10 would recommend
One of the best hairdressing experiences! Had a consultation prior to my appointment, where I got to meet my hairdresser Craig, do a patch test, discuss style/colour I wanted and have a look around the salon. On appointment day, the staff were so friendly and welcoming! I was offered plenty of refreshments, Craig was sociable and super easy to talk to! My hair came out looking amazing, feeling amazing and honestly was a real confidence booster. All staff were knowledgeable, professional and work to a high quality standard! 10/10 would recommend!!
