I cannot recommend Illegally Blonde highly enough. I hate going to the hairdressers, but after a big period of change in my life I was ready for a new look. My hair was too long, in terrible condition and was wearing me, rather than me wearing my hair! Working with Tracey was like having my hair done by a very old friend. She knows her stuff, was refreshingly honest, and really made sure I understood how my hair would look if I had it cut like the photos I showed her. At every stage of the process, from colouring to toning to cutting, Tracey made sure that I understood exactly what was going on and that I was happy for her to go ahead and do each thing. She and her delightful team went over and above to make sure I had the best possible experience while I was with them, and as a result gained a hairdresser convert and a returning customer. Thank you, Tracey, can't wait until my next visit!
