   So I wasn’t going to make an complaint but I feel I need to now so basically last week I went in for a treatment with my mum and I had a full head of highlights let alone I never once heard the hair stylist/hairdresser tell me how much the cost would be and I didn’t know this but apparently if you have long hair then it’s more money like I said again I had no idea that it costs more if you have longer hair and not once did I get told how many foils were being put in my hair and I loves the end result but the other day I wanted to try different hairstyles out and as I looked in the mirror their was patches and blocks all under my hair and at the sides so as of doing hairdressing at college my self I can tell that the bleach hasn’t been left in long enough and I’m not satisfied with it at all and I won’t be returning back their again and not worth the money at all £120 I paid not impressed at all I don’t recommend this salon ever again

   Always a treat going to Blaze for a pamper - not just a haircut! The staff are so friendly, you are made to feel welcome, given tea and chocolates before even starting your haircut! The cheeky scalp massage thrown in to the shampoo is always welcome! Have always loved my hair when leaving and would happily recommend to anyone!

   I have been going to Blaze for a good number of years. I have seen different stylists and colourists and they have all been fantastic! Every one of them has asked and listened to what I want and made suggestions or recommendations to suit my hair type and face shape. From the minute you walk in you get a warm welcome and nothing is too much trouble. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you team Blaze!

   They make you feel very comfortable and welcome. At some hairdressers you can feel pretty uncomfortable and awkward but here you can have a great normal conversation. It feels more like a girls pamper day with your bestie instead of being stuff at the hairdressers
