He cut me and my boyfriend's hair, gave us an appointment within one hour of me calling up. Both haircuts are lovely, we are very happy. Price was average. Also a very lovely man :) very happy
This was my first visit to the salon and, unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. My haircut was left noticeably uneven, cut far too short around one ear and much longer on the other side. This lack of balance is highly unprofessional and not the standard of service I expected. What makes the situation worse is that there is no immediate solution. I now have to wait for my hair to grow back before another stylist can correct the mistake. This has left me feeling both let down and frustrated, especially as I had placed my trust in the salon to deliver a professional result. I believe it is important for the salon to be aware of the impact that such poor attention to detail has on clients. First impressions matter, and based on this experience I would not feel confident returning or recommending the service to others.
It was one of the worst ever haircut. I have long and heavy hairs i said him not to short and keep the volume. I have to go to holidays in three days so I thought it will be a change. It was so embarrassing when I went home everyone was like what you did to your hairs he cut half my hairs till shoulders and half medium and it look horrible and it’s so thin even I can’t use hair clip now. As a hairdresser you should know and ask people what you are you going to do. He just ruin my whole look. It takes me 3 years to grow and 10 minutes to destroy seriously means it really stress me. I did my haircut from many places and they never cut it like this ,I don’t know seriously I wish I can take action but it’s just hairs so I leave but it really make my self esteem low. Please don’t cut hairs if you don’t really know about how precious for someone the hairs are and do ask people clearly if you don’t understand. You are experienced that’s good but experience doesn’t mean to ruin someone hair. I can’t even open it because it looks like a bush and can’t close it because the pony looks horrible. I never complaint in my life but I am so upset from this thing that it will make me feel to write to make myself peaceful. Never mind you can’t do anything now so I have to live with this until it grows again.

My third time at the salon, first two instances absolutely happy walking out of it. This time however, it was the lady who did a dry cut, cut waay more than I asked her to, I love my hair and I'm absolutely gutted. Literally been googling ways for fastest regrowth now. Zero complaints if it's the man (I believe is the owner)
Fantastic!!would recommend this place to anyone. The Male hair stylist cut my hair exactly how I wanted it price was great too!! This is my forever salon from now on and the fact there open on a sundays is great!!!
Absolutely loved the service there! Louise was so professional and she welcomed me warmly. Loved how my hair turned out. She was quick and very good. Definitely going back there!
