   Went here this morning to get my son's (22 months) hair cut and the ladies were absolutely amazing around him! Couldn't have asked for a more lovely environment and the best hair cut yet for him!

   Really bad experience! The lady alison opened up with ‘we are ridiculously cheap’ Now i know why I believe that the majority of the reviews are fake I asked for a skin fade I don’t think the lady knew what it was Despite her claiming to be a hairdresser for 14+ years And even despite me showing her a picture of a skin fade She made comments such as ‘It’s not everyone forté’ and ‘people just get it because it’s in trend’ My opinion is that when an individual goes into a hairdressers they should be able to choose the haircut of their own choice and not what the hairdresser wants to give And furthermore not have to justify why they want it. When i challenged her she said ‘there was no other bookings left’ and that ‘there was only a 20 minute slot left’ I know that this isn’t true as I booked 11 days jn advance. And either way surely I should have been told that I wouldn’t be able to get the haircut that I wanted and needed beforehand? Essentially I was used as a number to fill their slot to pay money in She also decided to charge me extra to the normal £9.50 My conclusion is also that she and the barbers are a racist Never again and stay away- particularly if you are not caucasian or English

   I shouldn't really tell anyone about TLC as it would be great to keep it a secret, I am always very wary about anyone cutting my hair as they never listen. I had absolutely no need to be wary as Tracey is the ultimate professional in a very professional establishment,

   Decided to give theses girls a try as didn’t want to travel anymore to my regular barber of 15 years. Great hair cut, made to feel like I’d being going to TLC for years. On my way there again this morning.
