   My family and I feel very well cared for and happy with our treatment. Shout out to everyone at East Street Dental for how great they are with my son, he's been visiting since he was 1 and Dr Roshni and the rest of the team are always so patient, fun and gentle with him. Now that he's 4 he genuinely looks forward to his trip to the dentist, a pattern I hope sticks with him for the rest of his life.

   Moved to the area a year ago and was fitted in for an emergency appointment on the same day I called. The staff and dentist were so friendly and explained all the options before deciding on what treatment to have. I have since returned for a check up and scale and polish with the hygienist which I was very pleased with.

   Have been well served by this since moving back to Wales over 3 years ago. Nothing appears too much trouble and have always fitted me in within 24 hours when I have been experiencing a degree of pain with my teeth. Excellent.

   My son had his fluoride treatment in school he also had a dental appointment the same day. After I told the surgery that my son had his fluoride they insisted on doing it again anyway. Which has now caused my son's teeth to lose calcium and develop big white spots on his teeth. Also as a parent I really didn't appreciate them shouting at me over my son using oral b toothpaste. They were that loud my other children heard it from the waiting room aswell. I was also sent away with an abscess. This surgery seems to be run by kids that are only interested in Thier next pay check. My advise is to avoid at all costs.
