   Leicester barbering academy is truly the best way to learn barbering over the course of 10 weeks. it let me learn so much about barbing and hairdressing in general and it built up my confidence in the best way possible! Vin and Ben are absolutely amazing teachers and great people and always push you above and beyond to make sure you can be the best you can be and are always there if you ever need help . The hole team is amazing and so welcoming! Honestly had the best 10 weeks with them and didn’t want to end but i made amazing hair cuts and met lovely people along the way. If there anywhere you should go for barber go to Leicester barbering academy you won’t regret!

   This course was great and well worth the investment. Vin and the team are absolutely fantastic at teaching. They are informative around all things barbering and supportive during teachable moments. I truly enjoyed the course and would highly recommend it for anyone wanting to move into barbering or for those wanting to expand their knowledge within barbering. During my 10 week course, I was able to set up my business and start having paid clients. Vin helped with my business set up, marketing and pricing etc. He was so valuable.

   I originally chose to join the academy for the 5 week barbering course, simply because of the price as it is by far cheaper than many other courses offered around the nation and that it also gave you a city and guilds accredited qualification. I also chose it as it was local for me, I am not from Leicester myself but it’s only a 50 minute drive which was massively convenient. Regardless of these factors, I massively enjoyed the course and quite gutted to finish. The time has really flown. I remember when I first started the course I was unable to hold a pair of scissors or flick out the guideline when fading with clippers. I’m now capable of doing this thanks to the support and guidance of Vin, who is a an amazing individual as well as a teacher. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does and how he’s open to spread to knowledge to us new and upcoming barbers. As I grew in confidence I personally felt I was employed in a barbershop cutting the public’s hair during our practical assessments. I will forever be grateful for the help and support from the team at the academy. I will definitely recommend this course to other individuals who are interested in getting into the industry.    I had the best experience at the academy. Vin and Raj are extremely supportive throughout the 10 weeks and always ensure you’re comfortable and confident in what you’re doing. I felt completely confident going on into barbering after I had finished the course despite having no prior experience and I absolutely love it! I would highly recommend joining the academy.

   I was apart of 10 Week Course and would like to mention the confidence and support I had received from Vin throughout my journey. He never let you walk out the doors at the end of the day without feeling like you’ve not achieved something. Always willing to help outside course days and provides advice on what tools to get. The team were always happy to help and share their own experiences to help you succeed.
