Attended my 2:15 appointment on time was asked to take a seat 2:30 came along, no acknowledgement, got up and left a few minutes later. Will I return. No. Will I tell people about the poor customer service. Yes. This is my experience today

About two years ago I had a perm at this place I remember the lady was kind of rude since then I’ve had hair loss didn’t think much of it till today I noticed how thin my hair has become regret getting a perm as a boy in the first place
The lady just cut my hair way too short! Like... 30 cm shorter than I asked her. I just hate it! I feel like staying inside for a few months. There ia nothing I can do. They are bothjust talking and don't really care about what you really want. Don't pay attention to what you say……//// Yes…trying to blame the customer for your lack of care is the best way…shows even more how much you care! I will upload the photos of what I showed you ..how I wanted ….and how you have cut it …so it is clear for everyone! There was no breakage. Why are you trying to put the blame on me? That’s not the reason you have cut it so short. It is the fact that you just talk talk talk talk talk talk with the other lady… she also doesn’t give a cra. about customers and doesn’t know what she is doing. I wasn’t happy,….I have seen too late what you did. Because you started from the back.. so…only when you reached the front..I have seen… what did you want me to do? Make a big scandal there?… of course you assumed I was happy. I am a polite person. I don’t like to get in conflicts so I avoided any useless arguments.. my hair is going to grow back..but your business is going the opposite way. Because of your disrespectful attitude towards customers.
I have been going to this hairdressers for over 15 years, and would recommend it to everyone. Welcoming atmosphere, Amanda and Mandy are Amazing, nothing is too much trouble.
Nowhere else I'd go for a haircut. The ladies are always so lovely, warm and welcoming. Always give me exactly what I want done with my hair. Never leave disappointed and they go that extra mile for you. Thank you ladies!
Designer touch gives really great haircuts and hair colours etc. It does what it says. It gives you designer type haircuts/hairstyles for a really good price. Love this place. They ladies that do my hair are really lovely as well
I had found that the hairdresser didn’t listen to what I wanted, which had meant that the end result was completely different from what I thought it would be. When I had called the salon to express my concerns with the visit. I had noticed that they didn’t take constructive criticism well. Agreeing with a previous review, I definitely think that this place is suitable for simple haircuts and nothing too modern.
Designer touch is an amazing hair dresser with very reasonable prices. The staff are super friendly and great. They are all professionals and do such a lovely job be it hair dye or hair cut or hair styling. You could get a dry cut for £13.50 and I couldnt ask for a better hair cut even if i paid a fortune!! I absoletuly love this place and definitely recommend !! School students het a discount too. The service is 100% and you won't regret the results.
