Best nail salon I’ve been too!! It was my birthday and they never failed to do my nails just how I wanted them. I asked them to do my nails like the second picture. Amazing just stunning and the owners and staff so kind and friendly been going now for 4 years ❤️❤️ Also newly renovated ❤️
A good chunk of my nail is missing colour the sheep looks like a teardrop and not A pointed almond. Many of my nails were missing colour on the side and when the management isn’t there the staff become very verbally abusive. The moment the management is there they are so nice. They will do everything by blaming the nail shape. They’ve cut me so many times when there’s management isn’t there. As soon as management is around, they are sweet as pie.
It was my first time visiting JJ nails and spa and I was super impressed with the service in here. Most places I’ve been into, the chat can be very minimal but this salon made me feel very welcome and had me laughing at certain points too! Overall, I’m so happy with my nails. I was unsure on what colour to get and the nail tech went out of his way to recommend some colours to me :) I will definitely be coming back!
Great service at JJ's and the vibe in there is so lovely since getting the refurb done. Comfortable chairs and nice staff they always do a good job on your nails too. I switched to these guys a few months ago and not been anywhere else since❤️
The friendliest staff who always go above and beyond to make you comfortable. Their renovation makes the place feel even more luxurious. Have not trusted another nail place as much as this one, as they always make sure my nails are perfect before I leave! Would recommend to everyone!
My partner came here to get her nails done over Christmas. She was giving 3 different prices for acrylic white tips by the 3 different people it took to do the basic nails, and then charged her a completely different price of £45!!! she asked to used the toilet and they refused despite thar she just used there service! She is 8 months pregnant and they said the toilet isn’t allowed to be used for customer use. Discussing attitudes towards customers definitely wouldn’t recommend!!!
Love this business so much. my go-to for almost a year. great service and my acrylics stay longer than a month with no signs of fading either.
Showed a reference photo and they didn’t look anything like the photo. Different colour, wrong shape the lot, even caught my thumb with the drill. Mentioned I was unhappy but didn’t seem fazed. Women doing my nails was on the phone majority of time, felt very rushed and didn’t seem as there were much care taken. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t go back.
They're so amazing!! Did exactly as I asked and the lady who did my nails was crazy fast, and multitasking, but simply amazing!
great salon! lovely people who run it and great quality Nails! Had mine on for 3 +weeks and no lifting or chipping. Had a Pedicure twice and again no faults! Very through and friendly salon!
