   Went into the shop to see if they were able to do a specific design for my night out. Felt immediately put off as a nail technician looked at my design and started laughing and then called over multiple other nail techs who all started talking in a language i didn't understand and laughing. Then when I asked how much they would cost they quoted a very expensive price. Would not recommend this salon at all the only saving grace was the kind receptionist lady.

   Nice nails and people, however, left the salon with my hand and arms covered in polish. I got these nails for my holiday tomorrow and they look quite messy. I’ve scrubbed at my hands for hours trying to get the polish off but it won’t budge. I also have quite a few cuts on my fingers and my nail beds are still sore hours later. Good for a cheap option but wouldn’t recommend otherwise

   Went for pedicure and shellac polish removed my first time for this treatment. The skin on my toe was cut so badly it was bleeding and sore for 5 shays, could have got infection had I not treated it myself! Took picture and sent it manager who was very understanding and said I could get a refund or another treatment. The point is they should ask before using razor blades to take off dead skin on soles of feet if client wants this as can easily shave off far too much skin as in my case. Staff are nice and polite

   Been getting my nails done here for 7 years. They never ever disappoint! Love their design ability with acrylics! Recently just started my natural journey and have had BIAB only twice and my natural nails have never been so long or healthy. Such kind staff and the new location is amazing!!

   Couldn’t be happier with my nails! I had my bridal acrylic nails and spa pedicure done too! It was hands down, the best nail experience i’ve ever had. The staff were all so polite, they had given me and my sister in law such lovely advice. They where all very welcoming too! Couldn’t recommend more! This will now always be my new nail salon! Won’t be going anywhere else.
