   Came back to get my holiday nails repaired after them peeling off (builder gel) after less than one week and doing nothing to chip them. I spent a lot of money on a pedi and builder gel on hands. They just peel off. I came back and the lady wasn’t happy with the whole set the gentleman had dond there. She repaired the whole lot and once again it lasted a week. My nails are completely wrecked.. your builder gel looks like a thin see through polish and my nails chip instantly as soon as having them done. I’ve given this place about 4/5 chances now acrylics last longer but I would never have builder gel here. The staff also rush and do a quick job. Which is probably why they are not doing it right. I will not be coming back here.

   The most amazing nail salon! I love coming here, everyone working here is so so friendly and lovely and helpful, they always work their best to complete what you ask for to the best of their ability and I’m always happy with the results. Always very neat and beautifully done, the nails always last at least 4-5 weeks if not longer. They seem to deal with quite a few rude/ entitled people but still always stay such a friendly group of people at the salon :)

   Not happy at all one of my best lady friends went here to get her nails done a couple days ago. And got “stroked” by a guy doing her nails on her hand. She was very uncomfortable. And tried to stop him but he kept doing it. She told him off after. Hes lucky I wasn’t there or he wouldve gotten more than a telling off

   WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. The lady with the fringe can’t even speak a word of English. I kept asking her to do something a certain way but she didn’t understand and decided to do anything she felt like. She did look at the other lady and say something in her language. I felt uncomfortable and awkward as it’s rude to speak in your own language about someone. She didn’t know what she was doing. She didn’t get rid of any of my dead skin on my feet. My feet feel rougher and not smoother / softer. It feels as though a child has painted my toe nails. I am so unhappy with the outcome. I absolutely hate what she did. Worst nail experience of my life. I am shocked at how bad it looks. I did tell her that I have pain on the side of my toenails and that I would like for her to remove the sharp nail that is digging in to my skin, but she ignored that request also and was in a rush to finish as it was nearer to closing time. I would advice people to not go there and not to waste money. I chose white nail paint, her work was extremely messy and there was paint on my skin all around the nails, so I asked her..will she be cleaning the excess paint, she didn’t understand what I asked her so she kept painting my toenails over and over. She had to wipe and redo my big toenail around 5 times. The lady then came, and then I asked her will she cleaning excess mess, she then said that the excess paint will wash away in the shower. I was disgusted at that response. The end result looks so bulky, thick and messy. She didn’t even wait for the paint to dry, she told me to get up its done and told me to leave. I wasted my money going to Sileby nails. I am traumatised with my experience over there.

   Visited this salon for gel polish and was really pleased with the result! A week later and it's still going strong Girls in the salon were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The girl who did my nails took a lot of time and attention to make sure it was perfect. This was only my second time at a nail salon, but I think I'll be visiting again next time I have a special occasion

   Really disappointed with my nails this time, normally they are absolutely on point but not today. I asked for a thin coloured tip and it was done, thick, uneven and smudged on 2 fingers, real shame as like I say, they are normally excellent.

   went for french acrylics, just put white tips on my nails because they’ll ‘last longer’ even though i asked if i could have clear nails with a nude powder on and just paint the white tips on which they said would cost me more. i’ve been to other places that have done the way i asked for straight away without being asked at all, all for £30. the white tips started half way down my nails making them all uneven and literally different sizes. then tried to charge me £35. ridiculous prices for disappointing service.

   Great experience every time I've been in. They're much more careful and attentive to detail than other nail salons I've been to! My acrylics last 3 weeks plus easily with no chips or damage. Would highly recommend them!
