   I came in on Thursday afternoon with my daughter and her friend . They were very busy ( which is a good sign for any business) but the wait was not bad . We have all left extremely happy with our different nails including my daughter’s friend who was a first timer here and says her nails are the best she’s ever had ( and the most gorgeous purple I have ever seen ) ! Thank you all xx

   This was one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. The staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional. They barely understand the most basic English words related to nails, which makes communication almost impossible. Nobody expects advanced English, but how can you provide nail services without even knowing the essential terms? When I showed them a picture of the nails I wanted, instead of politely explaining they couldn’t do it or offering an alternative, they laughed at me. That is extremely disrespectful and unacceptable. On top of that, they are clearly untrained – the entire process was draining, and the end result was terrible. My nails started breaking within just a few days, which shows the poor quality of their work and products. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time, money, and energy – there are plenty of salons in the UK that actually respect their customers and provide professional service. It wasn’t today. The complain has been made to the investigation team to visit your salon.

   Viviens did my wedding nails for Saturday and they are they are STUNNING! I came in yesterday because another salon had done my nails quite bad and so last minute I tried to find somewhere and found Viviens They took off the nails and completely redone them and they’re just perfect Please please thank the lady who did my nails, I didn’t get her name but the time & care she put into doing them - it was lovely and such a positive experience You’ve got a customer for life now, I’ll be back ☺️

   Had my nails and feet done on Friday 2nd May. Both experiences were professional, caring and knowledgeable. The lady who did my feet was lovely, caring and did an excellent job. From start to finish the service was excellent I will definitely be booking again. My nails were done by Vivian, she really is amazing and an Artist in her Profession. She's created something I've never seen before, even someone commented on them today(5th May), saying the same thing. I am so happy with my nails I just had to write and give her a 5* review, as that was the service I received. She is warm, friendly, creative and always wants to make the customer leave feeling happy. I will 100% be having my nails done here and nowhere else. Jacqui

   Sorry to say but such bad experience this time I've ever had getting nails done at vivians. Been going for 6 years never had issues before I asked the lady to do round shape she does one hand round other almond, when i had said something they would not listen or understand instead they are so rude talking bad about me in their language including the owner which i dont care as not my fault your staff dont understand. Not friendly at all. Will never go back there again.

   Sorry to say but most painful experience I've ever had getting nails done. I told the lady it was hurting so much but she didn't listen to me at all, just carried on rough as ever. Now have open wounds around nails and so worried they'll get infected. In the end they're shorter than my natural nails too and all different shapes and sizes and weirdly narrowed down. Regret it SO much don't risk it.
