I have asked for almond shape but i had round shape when i said this is not almond shape. The lady said you wanted short i said yes but in almond shape. I was very disappointed. Not going back. Avoid all cost.
Lee is amazing. Knows her work. Very friendly and polite. Me and my daughter simply love the art. Always adjusting time and accommodating. Worth every penny. Very reasonable.
Insanely rude and antagonising. They need to learn professionalism. I have never been in a place where they will openly laugh at and mock you with other customers!! I booked an appointment days in advance for 5.45pm, by 6.40 I still hadn’t been seen to. I simply asked how long it was going to be and from then I was on their hit list. Avoid!!!!
an unprofessional and bad service. I would like to give zero rating but not available. I booked an appointment in advance, got there 5 to 10 min late which was out of my control. When I reached they were busy so I had to wait 10min then I was told to wait or rebook as they have another person booked who wasn't even there yet. Ridiculous. Second time they let me down. I Won't go there ever.
The nails were messy and looked unfinished — definitely not the quality I expected. The acrylic was extremely thick and looked very unnatural and fake. I’ve had my nails done plenty of times before, so I know what to expect, and unfortunately, this just wasn’t it. I even showed a simple inspo pic of a basic French set, but the result looked nothing like it. Honestly, it looked like the work of a beginner. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for clean, professional nail work.
Poor quality nail extensions, didn’t even put the right size nail on. I asked for a french tip and the man simply put a white extension on more than half of my nail. No attention to detail, and the man was just watching videos on his ipad whilst doing my nails. Safe to say I won’t be coming here again.
It's not very nice to have to give a negative review about any business, but it is disappointing to use a nail salon with rude service givers the guy is so arrogant and rude if you ask for any particular design he just froppes you off. Please just try and do what the customer ask they are paying for a service
Very rude and don’t do what we ask for, I asked for a pedicure and manicure with white tips apparently they don’t do this now if its not shellac!
Although the people were nice, im very very disappointed with the outcome. Attention to detail wasn't great, knowledge of how to use products were questionable.. understanding of a customers wants was not present. I had to file my own nails as it wasnt understood that i wanted square nails which was fine at first as i wanted to speed up the process and i can be particular. I also bought in my own gel polish to reduce time of the appointment and ended up being in there for 2 hrs 20 mins for an infill and chrome tips of which im not happy with and will now have to spend more time getting this changed. After all the inconveniences i was charged £26 which is above the ‘10% student discount rate’ for a £28 manicure which i dont understand. Sorry if this comes across harsh but if your particular and like your nails done well to a high standard i would think twice.
