   I have used this nail bar for years but today my nails were done by a different technician( male, wearing glasses). Im in a lot of pain, he filed/ cut them too close, didnt understand instructions, nails are too thick and wide, different shapes, he got the nail polish on my finger and tried to scrape it off v harshly when dry, using a blade of a nail clipper then his dirty fingernail! I chose to.leave before my nails were finished and will have to go to another nail bar to have them put right. Also the manager's young son was wandering round close to clients and lying on the benches, clearly v poorly with "a high temperature" we were told. This place has gone down in standards and I won't be returning.

   Very happy with everything there. Not overwhelmed by smell of acetone etc, super talented technicians, friendly staff, though some have limited English. Price good and vouchers after your 1st appointment for infills with acrylic's. Remembered me on 2nd visit. Definitely going back, though I live in Oakham. CASH ONLY!
