   first of all I like to say this is my business I have been open 31yrs on March 4th I did not know people had reviewed my business well I am in titled to defend my self si here goes 1 I do not trim people's eyebrow unless I am asked this is not a service I automatically do 2 I work by myself and three sometimes children do cry when having a haircut but as I have children and grandchildren of my own 99% of the time I can get the child to have there haircut with no hassell at all so I do believe you have my shop confused with the Asian barbers in Holbrooks who blatantly ripped my nam off shop off 3 the only time I have ever left anyone to leave my shop with wet hair is if my customer has ask to leave it wet plus if the said person whom wrote the review listened to what she has written the if I was as busy as she says then I can't be that bad can I but people have there own opinions and these reviews where brought to my notice by valid customer not someone who is trying to distribute my reputation 31 yrs in business and still here says something but u can't keep everyone happy good job iv still got loyal customers who iv looked after for all these years oh and I'm to modest to give myself 5☆
