Very bad service, owner is very rude and disrespectful. They need to improve quality of work and behaviour aswel. Zero star
Excellent haircut. Service with a smile. Wouldn't go anywhere else. My wife and daughter are always being complimented and asked where they had their hair done. We have been going to Simon for so long now he is like one of the family.
I am very particular about my ‘unruly’ hair; it has a mind of its own! Rae, is not only an excellent and patient hair stylist but an absolute diamond! She is great at colouring my hair too… but don’t tell anyone that I am going grey! We have a great laugh and I usually end up with tears running down my face… all in the price! Furthermore, I always receive a lovely warm welcome from Simon and Grace. The decor and environment is really inviting. Honestly, I get compliments about my hair all the time but pretend I do it myself… the truth is out now… visit Entice and you will not be disappointed.
The rudest experience at any salon EVER, my grandmother made an appointment to have her hair cut yesterday at 12pm. She arrived early and was completely ignored, she sat and waited patiently for someone to acknowledge her but she was completely ignored the WHOLE time. I cannot believe the disgusting treatment, well lack of acknowledgment really, she received.

Had an appointment booked for 3.30 today it was a last minute booking and they said they were behind which i understood and waited over an hour for then a man to come in n ask for a cut n they see to him n leave me waiting. I was genuinely shocked i had to leave and i will not be returning. Bad customer service.
Lovely salon but was kept waiting far too long for a hair cut don't know why
