Then visited with my little girl for her first hairdressers experience and a trim and was really impressed with service and a kind approach to children.
I’m an ex hairdresser so trusting someone with my hair is difficult, but finding Andrew has been wonderful. Andrew listens, has a great eye for detail and lots of suggestions for new colours and cuts. I had a total change today and the transformation has been amazing. I love my new cut and colour. Clearly describing the way or style that one wants for their haircut could be a problem. But communication with you on my haircut seemed smooth and efficient. Most of the time I felt I was understood. Really appreciate your patience and kindness, and also your excellent skills in using scissors. I had come to the salon after having had a cut elsewhere that I was unhappy with. Alexis was very friendly and put me at ease straight away but most importantly, she listened carefully to what I wanted and also offered useful suggestions. I came away with exactly the cut I wanted and have had so many compliments on my hair. I will definitely be back and wouldn’t consider going elsewhere from now on. It is actually quite hard to find a decent hairdresser, so if you have been constantly disappointed by others, then I would recommend coming here!!
