   I went in last week to get BIAB after my usual place was fully booked. Within 2 days the “biab” was peeling off - I am used to them lasting 4-5 weeks so I am thinking that they applied regular gel. I was given a discount at the til from £35 to £32. I now need to go and get them sorted which is frustrating. The people were friendly but either they used the wrong product or are using cheap materials.

   Recently moved to the area. I usually go into Leicester town. I thought save petrol and parking I'd walk to this place. I googled the price before I left, said £35, more expensive than what I pay in town. But thought I'd give these a try. During having my nails done the lady said "£40" I asked why. She said because I had them long...which I honestly didn't. They are not long at all. They are of normal length. The nails are ok. But staff are not welcoming. I'll be going back to my usually place, who change £28 and you get service with a smile.

   Do not go here!! Extremely poor service Went here for a pedicure, he cut my nail too far. Came home was in agony waited for the day pain didn’t settle. Couldn’t put my socks or shoes on!! Went docs- resulted in a infection. Went back their he refused to take any acknowledgement and refused to even give my money back. Saying he spent 1 hour on it. How ridiculous and poor customer service. Please do not go here!!!!

   Booked in at 2, started at 2.55! Nails ok but not like the picture I showed. When asked said they couldn’t do even though it was literally pink with white tips. Also changed half way through, not sure why the same person cannot complete the whole job! More interested in how much money they are making than clients being happy. Would not use again!

   I went here for a full set of acrylics with the ombré powder and wow, to say I am disappointed is an understatement. I went with my mother and we are both shocked at the nails we have ended up with. Usually when I get my nails done it takes a minimum of an hour, this took approximately half an hour (probably because they spent hardly any time at all preparing my nails for the acrylic). At the time they looked ok.. slightly bumpy but ok. My mum noticed straight away that her nails were cut at a slant on most nails. 4 days later, we both had chips around the bottom of the acrylic, 4 of my 10 nails feel very loose despite never hitting them off anything etc. My mum left with acrylic dried over her fingertips which I heard another lady complaining about and was told “this is fine”. Very disappointed overall.
