I shared this in a previous review, hoping the issue would be addressed. To his credit, Martin later gave me a sincere and apologetic call, which I really appreciated as a kind gesture. He also offered a 50% discount for the inconvenience. On the day of the rescheduled appointment, he even called again to ensure I had the correct directions — that extra effort didn't go unnoticed. Work: I have Asian curly hair, and Martin gave me a brilliant haircut — achieving just the right volume and length for my hair type. It was clear he knew what he was doing. I’ll definitely be going back and would recommend the place to others. Place: The shop is run by Michael himself and has a unique charm, filled with antique artefacts. We had a great chat about old Coventry photographs, some of which are proudly displayed on the walls. It’s a place with character and a personal touch.
Just had my first visit to Michael and it will not be my last as he is very friendly, the shop is great and very retro. My hair cut is brilliant and was very reasonably priced. Cannot recommend this barbers enough.

Michael is one of the most friendly and genuine people I have ever met. You can tell that he is very passionate about what he does and that he really cares for and about his clients. I couldn't recommend him enough. Although I've only visited him once, I do see msyelf returning for years to come.
