Beautiful salon, friendly and welcoming. Fab range of treatments, my nails and brows are always perfect. Feel very comfortable there and have been a loyal client for 3 years and won’t go anywhere else.
First time here and what a stunning job, my nails look better than they have in a long time .
MAJORLY OVER CHARGED... I recently looked on their pricing and website as it has gone up so much over the years, this salon has been over charging me for a VERY long time... the price I pay is not the prices they advertise & it seems to just get made up on the day... I should have paid £40 less on my last group of services alone based on their own pricing list... talk about taking advantage of your loyal customers. That and there is a mix of very polite & very rude staff... luck of the draw on what you'll be getting on any day, and when it's bad it's very bad both in attitude & work, I've walked out on several occasions with multiple bleeding fingers with nails coming off within a week. Will no longer be coming here after years of loyalty & wouldn't be able to recommend anymore. EDIT TO THEIR REPLY : I am one of your customers. I was simply too scared to say using my own name because of how you made me feel... and based on conversations with people who also come to you... how some of your other customers feel.
Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional and Dismissive Behavior I’ve been going to Lilybelle Beauty for over two years, always coming in for a simple eyebrow clean-up nothing more, nothing less. The lady who usually does my brows has always done a good job, which is why I kept returning. But today’s experience was truly upsetting and unacceptable. Instead of doing the usual clean-up, she decided to completely change the shape of one of my eyebrows without asking me or even showing me first. When I saw the result and pointed out that the brows were clearly uneven, she along with other staff members tried to gaslight me into believing they were the same. As you can see in the photo, they are obviously not. Eyebrows are a big part of my appearance, and to have them altered without my consent felt like a violation of trust. I was visibly upset, even brought to tears, yet instead of compassion, I was met with smirks and dismissive laughter. When I questioned why they were laughing, they denied it but it was clear they weren’t taking the situation seriously at all. What hurt most wasn’t even the mistake itself I understand that mistakes can happen, and yes, eyebrows grow back but the lack of empathy, the mocking tone, and the refusal to take accountability made it worse. I wasn’t offered a real apology, just the comment: “Well, it’s done now, what do you want us to do?” followed by more laughter. They eventually told me I didn’t have to pay, but honestly, this wasn’t about the money it was about how I was made to feel: humiliated and completely disregarded in a public setting. After two years of loyalty, I will not be returning to Lilybelle Beauty. No customer should ever be treated with such a lack of respect or care.
I’m thoroughly impressed by Lilybelle Beauty & can’t wait to book for another appointment. After having my nails pretty much destroyed by other local salons, Lilybelle did an incredible job of making my nails look beautiful. All of the ladies were lovely and I felt they all took genuine pride in their work, whilst being smiley and happy to talk. The salon is also very hygienic and well equipped for a variety of services. Highly recommend & I wouldn’t go elsewhere!
I always get my nails done here and my eyebrows waxed. The owner is very attentive and clearly puts alot of effort and care into her business. Always have the perfect nails. Wont go anywhere else
I had my nails done here for the first time last week and was seriously impressed! Myself and a friend were in Harborough on a rainy day, and because of the weather we were lucky enough to walk straight in! Service was both knowledgeable and friendly, and the results were gorgeous! Prices are very reasonable too! I’ll be back for sure :D
Pauline did my nails today and she was lovely! Very gentle, listened to exactly what I wanted, and as a result I got the best set of gel nails I’ve ever had! I am always nervous about going to a new salon but this was lovely and quiet, and they squeezed me in as a walk in. I will definitely come back if I am in market harborough again!
I have been going to Lilybelle for over 3 months now and I love it there. Madhuri does my acrylics and there are always fab! The environment is calm, quiet and relaxing. The prices are very good. I went today and added an eyebrow tint and wax and they look so shaped and much better! I highly recommend this salon in Harborough, excited for my full facial in a few weeks and will continue to go here for my nails and brows. xxx
