No help or advice given to my father whatsoever. Pressured into a plea when Nelson hadn’t liaised with or even met him yet. It’s a challenge to get ahold of anyone. Better off defending yourself.
If you were ever unlucky enough to need their help then avoid at all costs! Paticularly Ray who represented me at the magistrate court and was the reason I got convicted because he simply didn't bother to read the documents I sent him which proved my innocence. I actually did so much better just defending myself and was proven not guilty on appeal by the crown court just by arguing what I had in my documents that Ray never bothered to read. I am genuinely shocked and disgusted that they have a legal licence, I went through hell for 4 months because of their incompetence.
