   Have used salon for about 2 years and always been happy visited today and was made to feel very uncomfortable asked for infill of biab to be told they needed removing and new set I advised this was only my 3rd infill so far and would just like to have the infill this time which is usually £30 as I refused removal and infill I was then told I would be charged £35 to which I questioned to be told more work would be required I can confirm no more work than normal was done at all is this just a way to obtain more money from clients I was polite and paid the £35 and advised I would not return to which they didn’t seem bothered about which is absurd when me and my daughter spend over £100 every 3 weeks in the salon I will now let my feet do the talking and go elsewhere Also note to the guy that stood behind the girl doing my nails just staring with arms folded is very intimidating

   I went here yesterday to do my nails. I had a guy sit me down and showed him what I wanted. I was fine with the price as it’s what I expected from prior messages however, for the work that was done I wouldn’t come back and pay £50 again. I told him that my nails are slanting upwards and if he could file it downwards as my nails were going upwards. He corrected me and said that’s how it’s supposed to look like and explained that I need some acrylic to keep the tip protected. I asked him for a different nail colour and shape like the picture that I showed him but he gave me a different shape which was round and he told me the colour I chose was too purple so I just went with whatever he recommended since I was getting quite annoyed that anything I said was met with no and a reason as to why he says no. Lastly I asked him for some white details on two of the nail designs. You’d think if you’re paying that much for your nails he would do it but he said oh I did two colours on the nail designs so that’s like the shading. For reference it was some blueberries I just wanted some small white lines for highlights but I was just refused I just said fine because at that point I just wanted to go home. It wasnt a pleasant experience the nails are not bad but I wouldn’t have paid that much money for it and the communication wasn’t great. I didn’t want to leave a bad review but it was just a bad experience. I’ve left some pictures for reference it’s just not what I imagined it was meant to be a bit of self care and it just ended up being not very nice.

   I have been visiting Natural Nails for almost 2 years now and I always leave happy. Lovely staff, lots of time and effort with designs. They are slightly more expensive than other salons, however the service is great so I won’t complain. Some staff are more gentle than others when taking off your old set, but they clearly have a lot of new employees as the business is growing and they are still learning! The lady I had on my last two visits was fantastic, I wish I knew her name so I can ask for her again. If the owner can let me know her name from the picture I’d love that! Very smiley and patient with what I wanted.

   In love with my nails, I showed a picture and got exactly what I wanted, and they were so careful with a cut I have on my cuticle, even while taking off the acrylics I already had on there. I was blown away by the nail art that was done free hand! Thank you!

   I have been coming to natural nails for about 7 months now, never had a single unpleasant experience with them, so I do not understand what the bad reviews are talking about! Every time I go in they are polite and very talented especially with the nail art they are able to do! I think they are very reasonable with their pricing too! I highly recommend!!!

   I am going to post pictures of my absolutely awful nails they wanted to charge me £38 for yesterday. In the end I paid £30 and left. Thinking £30 was even way too much They are not functional on my hands. they are wonky. They are thick and bubbly on top Today I have to go and find another salon to rectify the £30 mistakes. Staff seem very rude always speaking in their language. And the men in there do not want to do the nails that they are actually doing !
