Had a cut for my naturally curly hair, Jenni was respectful, knew what I wanted and didn't apply any heat to my hair! Worth it!
Straight forward decent barber who cuts according to what you ask, does a decent job, is polite and pleasant, and keeps to time.
Genuinely the most polite service out there. Tea or Coffee on tap or a Budweiser at Christmas (Bring on December). I travel over 30 minutes to get my haircut here, as the whole team is the most welcoming I've ever encountered. Truly professional in every aspect of their service. My kids love the lolly pops and the Lotus Biscoff's. The Understanding they have of their clients is incredible, the way Mandie, Penny, Jenna and Grace accommodate my autistic sons needs whilst visiting is Instagram Viral worthy. Keep up the good work.

Just found out my 76 year old nan missed her appointment as she was poorly but phoned them to let them know and apologise as she had forgot due to illness but that wasn’t good enough for them they were really rude on the phone to her and she got off the phone really upset. I’m really disappointed as she usually only compliments how good the service is here. Currently encouraging her not to go back for another appointment as you should respect your customers at all times.
