Jay himself is very good. Been there afew times. No complaints. His staff messed up the haircut today and then refuses to acknowledge. He's diverting from the point and telling us his preference and his own personal views and fashion sense. Sorry but every customer makes their own choices so stop diverting from your mistakes! If Jay is not cutting your hair then be careful of the other guy! Better to wait for Jay!
