   first time bisoans was super excited to get some nails I designed myself and they came highly recommended from a friend of mine. unfortunately the nails came out terrible, shape and length was lovely but, design was completely wrong even after providing close ups of said designs. overall I'm really disappointed and consider it a waste of money :// wouldn't reccomend for designs but otherwise okay

   Very rude, very very rude customer service. They don't smile. I tried to suggest darker colour, the lady said "no, this is correct, my shop, I know". I've been there 3 times, because it's the closest. Yes, their work is good. But, I've come out with the most uncomfortable feeling everytime. Even the regulars don't talk or smile once they enter the salon. They ask some to come on certain time "appointments", but if you call to make appointment, they'll just tell you to come. I went thinking that's my appointment slot. The main lady kept calling other ladies who came after me, and very rudely and loudly said " you did not make appointment, you wait" I waited for an hour, then I decided to leave. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN

   Used electric file on my nail and made a hole in my nail bed. Tried to hide what they had done. Then all nails are different lengths and not the shape I asked for and poorly painted. Complained and asked for a refund as I don’t want them causing any more damaged to be told no. Only if they can remove the nails. Would never use them again

   Went here after a recommendation. So at 1st glance they look ok however all my ombre nails looked chunky and uneven, half the time nails are not length checked and they have never pushed back and trimmed cuticle before applying acrylic. After 6months , I gave up and have now found a wonderful nail tech, now my nails look amazing. Wouldn't recommend unless your desperate and half blind!

   Booked an appointment and was left waiting 45 minutes whilst the people that had just walked in got seen before me. Great nails, but why take bookings if your priority does not put the customers who requested that time for a reason. Not good at all! Was 5 minutes early aswell.
