   went in today for a full set of acrylics, and french tips, i’ve been a few times very long ago. i wasn’t offered any drink. they also over charged me without explaining. my hands were rough handled, and there was no communication. i was charged 52?! which made no sense when i look at the board. i reccommend miss nails in leicester for better service. this didn’t make any sense to me including price.

   Lovely design chosen really pleased with the finished work, wish they would explain the prices. Some people had hot drinks whereas I wasn't offered one. Had both hands and feet done too & booked my appointment in advance.

   Went in for my appointment as per usual through the back door as it’s lock down you know on the down low only to be half way through my treatment when a police man comes in and drops a £200 quid fine in my lap and then the staff even did the officers nails before they finished mine. Tldr broke lockdown got fined.

   I appreciate the staff being friendly, and also very patient with me as I have autism and cannot for the life of me figure out how to sit still. They simply wait for me to stop moving before continuing as if they didn't have to stop, and I don't know if the staff notice how much I fidget but I'm so glad that they don't bring attention to it if they do. The nail quality is absolutely worth the money, though I wouldn't suggest taking them off at home as it can ruin your nails, so always have professionals remove them. Overall, fantastic service. Thanks!
