    Awful experience. Pretty sure stylist was changed, got a man instead of a woman (expecting Habiba). No txt reminder either as promised. Took 20 minutes at most from wash to finish charging £43. Did minimum and did not listen. Smooth blowdry when I said I natural dry and wanted it choppy. Went home, thought about it for 5 mins and went back to complain. He did try 'to make me happy' but I had to tell him what to do. On their costs for cut and dry £43 should be 45mins of hair styling not 20 mins.

    Having had a weekend to reflect on my experience in this salon, I still can't fully comprehend how awful this place is. Absolutely ZERO respect for what customers want and no idea how to cut or style curly hair. If they were any other business type, they could be sued for negligence. They have ruined 5 years of perseverance in growing out layers by cutting 4 inches off my slow growing curls and reinstating the layers with no consultation, then making light of the situation. I'm not a vain person but having left the salon in tears, every time I look in the mirror, I'm welling up. Shame on you.

    Obsessed with the young stylist habiba’s work. She did a blow and cut at a very good price. Although she only has 3 years of experience it’s like going to a professional. Keeps good conversation and makes me feel comfortable ❤️

    We’ve been today to get our toddlers hair tidied up, we booked an appointment with Deb, she was funny, friendly and our boy loved her! She didn’t charge us for the small trim she has done. We cannot be more grateful! We will be back! Thank you ever so much! Highly recommended this place, especially if you have children, they all seemed super lovely!

    I came in with my hair, which was ultimately a mess. I had poor highlights and roots showing. I needed help. Errol scheduled me in, consulted with me and immediately found a fix. He went above all expectations that I had for the appointment. I left looking fantastic. I love my hair. I've had so many compliments. I'm 100% an Errol Willy customer from now on.

    Haircut was great but the hairdresser kept fishing for my age and made it clear they thought I was much older than I am. At no point did I say I wanted to look younger or it was a concern. Left feeling very insecure by it. They were friendly enough but kept bringing it up despite me trying to keep the conversation off it. It was as if they were determined to let me know how much older I look.

    Had a wonderful trip to the mop shop. I am not one for hairdressers but I felt comfortable once I stepped through their door. I was taken care of at each step. Sav was amazing and went through things about my condition of hair, face shape, routine and styles that would suit. I felt happy to be there. I would definitely book in again with Sav.

    I had my hair highlighted by Tom and cut by Marie. Best haircut and colour I have ever had. Both were extremely lovely and were able to envision exactly what I wanted. I couldn't be happier! Tom has great taste in TV shows too! A fantastic experience and I would highly recommend!
