   Asked for biab nails with some extra length for myself and daughters, painted my daughters nails and then I asked them to correct and do what I originally asked for, which I then had to pay for both. My other daughter also had just painted instead of what she asked for, and I somehow ended up with acrylic nails which I specifically asked not to do. Cost £100 and all unhappy, didn’t do anything we asked for.

   Just been completely ripped off. With a manicure and natural gel polish. I just got a file (didn’t ask what shape), cuticle push back and gel. Last time I went took just under an hour. This took 20 minutes. You could tell she didn’t want to do it. Disappointed is an understatement. Especially costing £25. Will never go back again.

   I asked for power on my nails and everything was going well up until he started painting on top of the coloured powder when he should have just used a clear polish . I also asked for square but some how got coffin . Don’t go there they don’t listen they just do what they want to do . I wish I could give them 0 .
