Ordered 6 boxes of ice pops, they changed the order without asking me what i’d like to change it too. To two boxes? I’ve tried ringing multiple times and can’t get through. So i’ve paid more than twenty pound in an order for two boxes of ice pops and a milkshake!
Abysmal. Staff constantly moan about having to take parcels. Maybe they should find new jobs if they don’t like working there so much. Miserable, no customer service skills. None of them smile. Must be fun to work there

Sent a parcel to the store through ebay and Royal Mail tracking on 22nd Oct and it was delivered to the store 24th Oct at 12.35pm but it has been lost - the recipient said the store couldn't locate the parcel and I have called and written to the store as I am £231 lighter after having to refund the buyer. Looking at the other review regarding their parcel service I am not surprised now. To say I am gutted is an understatement. Not one person from the store has called me despite my letter and calls.
I arrived at this branch to drop off a FedEx parcel, but the staff member was completely clueless about how to scan it. After scanning the parcel, he handed me a receipt that indicated the parcel was not recognised. It seemed like he simply used the till to scan it. When I asked for assistance, he said he didn’t know what to do and would leave it for the next staff member. This lack of customer service and helpfulness is concerning. I’m unsure how this company employs people who don’t know how to check in parcels.

Everything you want out of a “Daily” type shop beats the queues of a normal supermarket however you pay more for this luxury, would not be worth a big shop there…
Staff are friendly; has a cash machine; has air con; convient place opposite an estate, on the way to a main road, near a workplace and doesnt have misleading deals or prices.
Free cash machine inside (October 2019!) Not bad selection of basics and booze. Some offers available.
