   Just now, a rude staff question the apples I have brought it with me to give it to church people, it’s Sunday, for God sake how stupid her question was “ did you get that apples at the loose display?” My God I was fuming with the tune of her voice! I told her off swore at here “you check your CCTV “ pardon me Lord! She’s so judgmental and she should be ashamed, she shouldn’t be employed! Such a disgrace when one of her colleagues says I am not getting involved! Tsktsk train your stafff please

   This is an unmanned station but does have a phone number for use during store hours, if you need assistance. Good petrol station though and cheap prices. As its unmanned sometimes one or two pumps dont work as they need resetting

   Just getting worse. Air pump out off order for weeks. Half of the pumps broken constantly. No tissues and gloves. And they got rid of staff too! Only bank cards could be used.

   I went to put diesel in my car today and used Tesco’s self fuel station. I spent £30 only to find an hour later that an additional £120 pounds unauthorised by me had been taken from my account. When i queried this at customer service i was told that this is the amount they take and hold from your account every time you fill up. This is to check you have the funds in your account to pay for the fuel. They are supposed to return the money back to your account immediately, however it was a number of hours before it was re credited. Disgusting that there was no notice or any information at the garage to explain the procedure or to say anything had changed. Surely this cannot be lawful. I will not be returning. Lots of customers not happy about this on social media Appalling behaviour from Tesco’s.

   The garage is a shambles i went to customer service to ask when it was opening, didn't have a clue. Went back again they said a wagon was discharging but wagon had left at 10.00am called the number on the pump person on phone laughed. When asked when it would be open she said will send someone across shortly, took 30 minutes. When i was driving a tanker was not allowed to discharge alone he had to have a fire marshal with him in case of a fire. Has this been forgotten?? Is all health and safety being ignored at this store because the entrance is a disgrace

   The note for the owner is misleading. They do not sell Momentum and haven't done for years. Don't waste your time if you want E5 fuel.
