My daughter came to get her nails done as a birthday treat. She wanted French tips with black starts. She was told this would be £50 but she only had £40 on her so he done French tips with one black star on two nails and charged her £40! Frustrating the website prices are far from accurate. She will not be coming again!
Visited the salon and would give no stars if it was possible. Had acrylic removed from hands and gel removed from toes, my experience of this was horrific. The lady who I believe is the owner did my nails, she seems very passive aggressive and irritated the whole time I was there and this has been mine 3rd experience with this particular nail technician. She was shouting orders at the staff continuously whilst doing my nails, looking away and hardly concentrating (using the drill to remove the acrylic from my nails without even looking at my nails). This was incompetent, unprofessional, dangerous and very rude. She has burnt past my natural nail to the point it has bled and been left extremely sore, when I told her it hurt she shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes and then shouted something to another member of staff in chineese like it was a common joke - utterly humiliating me. I am really shocked by this and I have had a better experience with some of the other members of staff but this lady you really need to avoid.
Lee Lee's Nails: The Best Nail Salon in Coventry! I cannot recommend Lee Lee's Nails highly enough! This is by far the best nail salon in Coventry. Every time I visit, my nails come out looking absolutely perfect. The quality of their work is unmatched, and my acrylic nails hold for an impressive five weeks – the longest I've ever experienced! The atmosphere at Lee Lee's Nails is always welcoming and relaxing. They go above and beyond by offering a complimentary drink and snack, making the experience even more enjoyable. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you, Lee Lee's Nails, for consistently providing such outstanding service!
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon. The finishing was terrible—completely uneven, bumpy, and looked like no effort was put into it at all. I politely pointed it out, expecting at least an attempt to fix it, but instead, I was told, “It’s going to be like that” and that nothing could be done. No apology, no effort to correct it, just pure indifference. I paid for a service that wasn’t even close to acceptable. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. On top of that, the salon barely had any nail color options to choose from, which is shocking for a place offering nail services. Overall, it felt like they just didn’t care about quality or customer satisfaction at all. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Definitely not going back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
This salon is purely external aesthetics. Staff were incredibly unhelpful and did not conduct a thorough job. The member of staff who did my nails cut my with the nail drill due to rushing as they try to fit in as many people as possible. I paid £10 for a manicure and this was not facilitated. Application of the acrylic itself was very messy and I had acrylic all over my skin. Filing was poor and the nail polish was not opaque and staff were reluctant to add coats to make the gel polish opaque. When I made staff aware of the mistakes they kept making they presented as irritated as if I was not paying for a service. When I removed my acrylics to my surprise I found out they had used MMA on my nails. Would not recommend.
I was asked to pay upfront when other customers ddnt have to pay upfront. Felt like racial discrimination. They said it was a policy but a policy should apply to all customers and that wasn’t the case. The customer next to me paid after she had her nails done. Anyway I won’t be going back there again. I also saw one of their staff members folding a used towel back in the shelves, and the first time I went there, I also refused to soak my nails in acetone that had been used by someone else. They said it was just acetone but I could see someone else’s nail bits. I have had better service in other places cheaper than this place.
I love Lee nail and beauty salon. They’re really professional. Love the massage chair that helps relaxing while doing a pedicure. Good team work. The only thing is the when they are busy the work becomes a bit disorganised and long wait. But I understand it’s Christmas time and everyone wants their nails done. But you should definitely try their salon, sure you’ll like it
Came in for pedicure, had in mind to get all colour which would be 35 however asked how much French tips would be with a snowflake on the big toe nails and was advised 40. When it came to the painting they did the French tips but no snowflake so I asked if it could be added and was advised would be an extra £6. If this was stated at the begging I would not have paid extra for the French tips and went for a simple colour. So ended up paying more for nails I didn’t want nor get. Acrylic was also wonkey. Other than this, nice experience.
This is the worst nail shop in coventry. Avoid going here. The lady kept me waiting for three hours only to say she will be closing by 6pm. Very poor service! I came here to respond to your very poor defence. If you had told me before hand it was impossible to get my nails done, I wouldn’t have wasted my time with you. Also, I cane see similar comments here which makes it obvious you maintain poor services. Again, you wasted my time and I won’t be pressured to keeping quiet. You liar! You agreed to my walk-in, don’t come here telling cheap lies in defence for your inadequacies. I have witnesses remember? I also witnessed a client telling you to clean up her feet since it wasn’t properly done. You failed at your service. I wasn’t there for a charity fair, I was there to get my nails done and pay you. Besides, this isn’t my first time going for a walk-in and getting good service so I assumed your services were equally good. Don’t come here telling cheap lies. I am here to respond to you as long as you tell lies. Improve your services. Cheers!
