   This is the first time I've tried microblading. Charlotte made my experience positive all the way through. My new eyebrows are natural, alluring and elegant. Their colour exceptionally matches my hair. I have already received so many genuinely positive compliments. I highly recommend popping in to @28. That's where TRUE MAGIC happens!    I originally thought I booked in for an eyebrow lamination and eyelash lift but I left with only having an eyelash lift and eyebrow tint and wax. Which was a tad confusing but maybe that was my fault for not making it clear enough. The eyelash lift was done gently and I was quite impressed with how well they lifted. I have noticed though that a few lashes have fallen out since having it done though so I am not sure if that’s entirely normal. The eyebrow tint/wax, the tint is definitely not a light brown like I asked. It’s more a dark brown verging on black which didn’t work well with my pale complexion. I ended up bleaching them when I got home. So overall a tad disappointing for the money that was paid but the place is clean, staff seemed nice enough and good location but from my experience I will probably not be returning.

   I've been to the salon 3 times now. All the staff are so kind, everyone is so warm and they all have a laugh. It feels like a non judgemental space as well which is important to me. I've had two waxes with Natalie and one with Jodie. I've had lovely conversations with both. They've both done an amazing job. The only thing is, the wax really needs to be changed! The three waxes I've had have taken longer than 45 minutes as the wax doesn't get hot enough and it gets stuck in the bottles. When the wax tries to be applied it get stuck which then pulls on the hairs and it's painful. It gets the job done but the wax would be quicker if another method was used. They both manage to remove everything but the wax also leaves sticky marks all over, even after lotion. Please consider changing the wax/ ditching those bottles!

   I always come away from @28 ready for the world again. In particular because of Natalie one of the therapists she is warm and bubbly and makes the whole experience lovely for me I'm a returning customer just because of her not to mention the miracle she has performed on my nails, my nails always brake and now they are the longest and strongest they have ever been and the nail art she does on my nails is amazing! Would definitely recommend!

   I have been going to Charlotte for years to have my eyebrows waxed and tinted so when I decided to have something more permanent like micro blading, there is no one else I would trust. I have had the treatment today and absolutely LOVE my new brows! Charlotte as ever was professional and informative and always has incredible attention to detail. I would highly recommend to anyone!

   Charlotte is a very welcoming and friendly lady. Charlotte definitely knows her stuff, and provides a super professional service and great after care advice. I have recently booked in for a half set of individual lashes followed by infills and I can honestly say I was hooked from the first application. The lashes look very natural and applied with super precision. Since wearing the individual lashes I have been asked on many occasions whether they are real or fake? and often followed by requests for her telephone number. I have gone on to have other beauty treatments which again have been fabulous and great value for money. I would highly recommend a visit to Charlotte's Studio Beauty.
