   My hair was a bit of a mess since lockdown. Long natural dark brown roots, block of ginger from an attempt at DIY, and then long dry bleached ends from 10 years of highlighting. I explained that I wanted to be blonde again, so I wanted blonde highlights. The hair dresser suggested putting in some brown to "even out the colour" because of how different the blonde foils would look on the ginger block etc. It seemed to make sense, so I agreed. What she did, however, was blonde highlights, but in between all the blonde she dyed my hair dark brown - my natural colour. My hair has ended up looking a nice even ashy/chocolatey brown colour, but that is absolutely NOT what I wanted. I cannot stand my hair being brown, hence bleaching it since I was 18. I was charged £85 for the privilege of having my hair my natural, disgusting brown colour. £85 and I hate my hair, and o either have to live with it and let it all grow out again, or fork out to get it fixed by someone else (because I'm not going back to this place). 0/10 listening skills. 0/10 value for money.

   Amazing group of girls, nothing is ever too much trouble. I was squeezed in for my nails (hands and feet) plus my hair cut within an hour ready for my holiday and I felt amazing when I left! Always a friendly and welcoming environment. Would highly recommend!
