My first time here and I was very impressed with manicure. No over filing of the nail bed (which I hate as it hurts) The manicurist was excellent and the salon was pristine. Will definitely be going there again.
I have my nails done every 2 weeks in 121 beauty. I absolutely love it, I've never had any chips and the service is the best :)

Had gel nails with glitter.... Colours are nice but, Chipped after a two days, the glitter wasn't bright enough. For £20 I am disappointed. The atmosphere wasn't inviting or friendly.
Have been going to 121 beauty a couple of years now,staff are all very friendly always feel welcomed.Chloe always does a fabulous job on my toes & nails,I've become a regular client,as it's a convenient location & to be fair well priced. Saying that all the staff have treated me at some stage & always been pleased.Looking forward to abit more normality, missing my coffee xx
Don't get eyelash extensions done there! The lashes were so thick they were pricking my eyelids and I had stiff glue on my eyelids. I removed them next day in another beauty shop.
