Disappointed turned up for Saturday appointment place is now shut. And baillfs have changed locks. Would of been nice to have been told. As it happened 11th. Appointment was 12th
I have been going here off and on for a few years. Initially when it was Maxine. I was having a colour...special occasion...birthday. I left with brown hair ( I am blonde ) and wanted to be lighter. I complained at the time. Nothing was done and I had to pay to get it rectified. More recently I was lured back by a " cheap " blow dry deal. Colour was also broached and the trainee took a clump of hair to " test " . I was going away in 2 weeks and the trainee disappeared...literally was away for almost 2 months. No one told me. I will never go back there. Not a friendly atmosphere.
First time at MJ's and what a lovely experience. Gab listened to what I wanted and offered me advice. Came away with my bob much sleeker and feeling great. The cut was the best I'd had in ages. Will definitely return
Not the same place any more. After the previous owners left..... Sad but life goes on. Very average on my recent visit.
I love having my nails done by Sophie. She is such an asset to MRS. Been going for over a year and she does an amazing job on my nails. Best manicurist in Newport. I've moved but still come back to Newport to get them done.
I have been attending MJs for a while now. The service is always friendly, welcoming and professional. The beauty treatments are always a pampering experience. Sophie is very creative and caring always wanting the very best for the customer.
The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Sophie did an amazing job with our make up and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. We had our make up done w/ blow dry and she really made my mum feel special for her birthday. Venue was clean and professional whilst still making you feel homely and comfortable.
I have my nails done with Sophie every few weeks and she is absolutely brilliant (and hilarious). We chat the whole time and my nails have never been healthier! All staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do more for you. Definitely recommend!
