Needed some documents certified and they did it pretty much as a walk in and at a very reasonable price. Note that if it says on your form that an astronaut needs to be the person who certifies them, then you better go elsewhere.

Because we lived near Westbury On Trym office they would photo copy & scan documents when we could not. Lady on front desk & others in office always went out of their way to help us. Star Legal dealt with a property purchase for us. Quick and efficient throughout the process, always got back to us promptly regarding any queries, no hold ups at all from them, wouldn't hesitate to recommend. The online onboarding process was a bit annoying as it felt like we were doing everything twice as a couple, I think they were new to using it so perhaps it might get smoother in time.
Angela Hewitt and her team were absolutely fantastic during our property sale. Always on the end of the telephone and so helpful with answering queries etc. From past experience, with other companies,I have always had to chase to keep things moving but the team were on the ball and kept us updated the whole way through. A couple of weeks ago I called Star Legal Solicitors and booked in for some documents to be certified by a solicitor, I went in and it was done. However, the certified documents were rejected by the organisation who requested the certification. I called the company today to find out what could be done and was told that they are registered as conveyancers only, I asked for a refund and they refused saying that, 'its my responsibility to look over the documents', how about actually saying that you are only registered as conveyancers and not solicitors in the first place as I requested!!! Disgusting.
We've used several conveyors over the years and finding a goodie is really hard to find. Angela and her team are definitely top of the tops! Totally worth recommending. They were always punctual and efficient at every stage and cajoled the less able solicitors in our chain. Super sweet and extremely reasonable pricing. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Thanks team
