I've been to merchants where you're made to feel like they're doing you a favour - uncalled for attitude (take Howdens just around the corner for example!); not the case at Buildbase - they're on hand to assist with any query you might have and are happy to help out whether over the phone, digitally or in-store.
In an artic, you've got to go past, down to junction and turn round to be able to go through entrance. Squeeze round the back to the unloading area. Could be made easier, but it's a builders yard. Quick tip.
