   Used these guys for the first time this week and have to say the service was the best I have received from any merchant ever used! Ordered online, which was easy, with an intuitive website, simple checkout and fast order confirmation. After placing my order o realised I had missed a few small items I needed, so placed a new order, selected collection and added to the notes to see if they could throw the new bits on with my other order. They emailed back quickly to say that was fine. I ordered on Friday, however on Monday I realised I actually didn’t require 1 bulk sand so WhatsApp’s them to see if they could swap it for Type one. They replied within minutes to say that was fine! It all arrived today as requested. I usually use another local supplier, however after the service I received on this first order, I’ll be switching to SB for all future work! Thanks guys, keep up the good service, it goes a long way!

   You say that it takes time but on Friday 5th December you said that you would be posting it today. However, I received another email today, 9th December, to say that it was sent today. So i don't see how you can say that it takes time etc to do it when you can't even send it wen you say you will. This to me says that £10 delivery is unreasonable for the item as you haven't taken extra time out of your day to send it to me.

   This is a fantastic company. Their prices and service are great. I’m doing landscaping projects and they have been great with quick deliveries. I’m super happy with their very reasonable delivery costs which as far as I can see are the best around. They always follow delivery instructions to the letter and to top it off their drivers are friendly and helpful too. It’s so nice to find a great company like this that values their customers. It’s a pleasure for me to give them my business and I recommend them to everyone !

   Emailed in for some timber materials for a home project. Quotation and information regarding delivery etc communicated clearly by Tracie. Payment was easy, delivery fast and on time. Used these 3 or 4 times for internal and external materials for home use, always reliable and top quality products.

   Been using SB since I started my own extension at home, back in February, as my builder recommended them to me. Mick, in their sales office as been a pleasure to deal with, sometimes I’ve called serval times in a day adding and taking away products from my orders, never been an issue… Great products, good prices and amazing service.,, Always use independent merchants!!!

   We have been using SB Building Supplies for the last 3 years, the service has been and continues to be outstanding. We specialise in Home Extensions, Orangeries and Fitted Kitchens. Scott & the Team supply at least 98% of all the products that we use, they have become our One-Stop Shop.

   Refurbishing a house nearby and have used Scott/SB for pretty-much everything. Not only are their prices competitive (and I compare, trust me) but delivery is always prompt and unfailingly courteous. But, the BIG positive with using SB over any other merchant/supplier is Scott's pro-customer/pro-active attitude - he know's his stuff, nothing is too much trouble and very hands-on and takes ownership - increasingly rare and much appreciated. Also a true test is when an issue crops up that requires support and, again, SB delivered. Using scores of online and established retailers/suppliers for almost-insignificant items through to lorry-loads of stuff SB have stood out as head and shoulders as the best during my time of using their services. It even sounds to me as if this is an advertisement but it isn't - simply a pleased customer delighted to recommend.
