   Good brand let down by the local store and its staff. Poor attitude from many. Edit after response from store: Many of the previous reviews I have now looked at simply do not represent how this store operates. I cannot correlate the reviews to how the store is on a day to day basis. I visit Leicester at least once per week, and I stand by what I say, staff assistance and engagement is very poor. I'd go so far as to say some of the previous reviews I've looked at are fake.

   Superb customer service from Rich, the manager at 18:00 onthe 25/11/25. Rich went above and beyond and assisted me with my query. I would not go anywhere else as Wickes is a trusted retailer with excellent communication skills from certain individuals- who strive in delivering quality care always. Thank you Rich!

   I gave Wickes a budget of £3.5k for our 2mx2m bathroom. David then let us design a bathroom for £7k. We asked to swap out some elements so we could afford it. He ghosted us. We went to B&Q.

   Fantastic service! Huge shout out to the store manager, Russell. We went in to pick up some flooring and asked to be charged for 15 packs, but I (stupidly!) only took 14 - including one that Russell kindly got from the back just before closing. The next day, I phoned in and the team quickly checked the CCTV, and Russell called me with all the options to get it sorted. Really impressed by how helpful and efficient everyone was. Sorry for the hassle, and thanks again for the excellent service!

   I looked around for a new kitchen. And decided to go with wickes because I liked what they had to offer. Also being told by different traders that they use better quality materials. I made an appointment for free measure up and design. I met with Adam Wells in store who was brilliant and on hand when id changed my mind on a few things.With my ideas and some of his suggestions im made up with my new kitchen now complete. Would recommend.

   Their contact Details !!! I am trying to call their telephone line form last 30 mins .. no chance getting through anything . I pressed option 30 times but it end up your call saying thank you and good bye each time !!!! On the good note - I went to the store and they explain it’s the new line installation having issue .. and they helped me so much to get the goods I was waiting for . I found staff so useful .
