   Dear Lidl. I cannot scan my receipt to get out of jail when I have my hands full of shopping. Whatever numpty came up with this idea I can’t fathom. If you are going to make us do our own checkout it is on you to look out for thieves, rather than making us all feel like one. Nor can I open an app when I have no signal. If you are going to insist on this then please enable ‘add to wallet’.

   Got fined for parking 13 mins over time after spending in store regularly. So that's another customer who won't shop there again and Lidl will lose more than the £45.00 parking fine.

   I'm 66 years old and have rhumatism really bad. I parked in a handicapped bay and I overstayed by 10 minutes. Fined 45 pound. I just move slower than others. The hectic checkouts I feel treat people very badly. I won't shop there again.

   A great location with good parking and what has transformed the store for me is the implementation of a few self-checkouts. If you just need a couple of items, superb. I would usually go to Aldi but zero self-checkout options there and even if you just need one item, you can be stuck in long queues. Decent staff at the Lidl Bingley branch too.

   A great Lidl, usually well stocked. The staff are great, friendly and knowledgeable. This is my favourite Lidl for those reasons. I would recommend introducing some self checkouts though, for quicker service during busier times, reducing queues.

   Bingley store was terrible. On a Saturday with only 2 tills open there were 12 trolleys/baskets in front of us. Wasn't prepared to have a go at the staff as it's not their fault. Some people were abandoning their trolleys with fresh and frozen products in them. Hope it didn't make its way back onto the shelves for others to pick up.

   The brownies are by far superior than any other supermarket and I have tried them all. They are fudgy, the flavour is delicious and the best part are the large slabs of chocolate that glisten under the supermarket lights. The most pleasant supermarket to shop in, in my opinion, as there is no loud music playing constantly in the background like many other supermarkets and any tannoy announcements are relevant, for example to tell you they are opening a new till.

   I've tried a few Lidl when out and about on my travels but I must say this has got to be the best Lidl I've been too it really is a pleasant supermarket. It's also the biggest one I've been to as well plenty of room to walk about aisles are all a decent size. I think all the fresh produce seem better here too and plenty to choose from. Really nice bakery with may choices of fresh bread and other baker produce. The store looked very clean when I was walking about. Also they is toilets here which I haven't seen in other Lidls. Overall a excellent store will be visiting again.
