staff on self check out tills last night (22-10_2025) needs to show manners, and respect to his customers lucky he didnt get his head smashed in last night, arrogant
So today 13th march we went shopping at the new store in keighley...i must say its very nice and big...but unfortunately about 3.15 ish we went through checkout 1...the young man serving us, was rather rude and ignorant...i left my husband to continue emptying our trolley while i went to pack the shopping bags, the member of staff had left his checkout to go do something else, with no explanation...when he came back, he didn't acknowledge we were there, but continued to start scanning our groceries...he was literally throwing them through the scanner, piling everything on top of each other, not a care to heavy items being thrown on top of lighter things....he then proceeded to leave his checkout again to go do something else...he came back few minutes later for us to pay...he never told us how much, my husband had to lean over to find out himself...still not a word from him, no thankyou, have a nice day or anything...absolutely no customer service at all...i said to him, "can i just say something, you really need to brush up on your customer service, and that i didn't appreciate the way he was throughing our groceries around", he just said "ok" and moved on to the next customer... we spent £140 and got the worse customer service i have ever experienced anywhere..i don't like to complain as i wouldn't want anyone to loose their job, but this young man doesn't deserve this job, someone else would probably appreciate it more
The staff seem well oriented, shelf are cleared of empty boxes & filled almost as soon as I went back seeing stock on pallets being taken to there allocation, so I saw for myself how efficient they are, always willing to help, very friendly too x
Good choice of fresh and frozen foods, and of course the middle aisle, checkouts opened when there was a que .I will definitely return.
Not as far out as the usual haunt I visit but I love it here. Check what you buy then fill your shopping bags!
Aldi such a good shop experience. Lots of variety. Fruit and vegetables good. Value for money but not rubbish food. Love the ice cold coffee varieties. Frozen garlic prawns delicious.
It's an absolute shambles of a supermarket. So unorganized and FILTHY. Could give Morrisons a run for its money with the unsanitary conditions. Needs a good clean and probably sanitation service in ASAP. Wouldn't surprise me if there were rats. Produce is absolutely horrific and expires within 2 days of purchase. Won't return.
Great "Aldi" value Supermarket, usual standard Aldi fayre. Big car park, and also next door to Keighley railway station if you don't have a car! With a big Iceland food store alongside, it a great place to low cost shop!
The store's been changed around you now have produce and fresh on the first isle which is really great, frozen is on the back right corner and bread is on the back wall near the tills all in all a good shopping experience and you still have money in your pocket when you leave now that's value.
