Very Happy. Professional hair cut by a skilled barber in excellent surroundings. Clearly a genuine and successful family business

My wife bought me a gift voucher for just over a £100 , however I only used part of this voucher to have my hair cut by Sabi. The remainder of the credit was going to be used on my next visit. I was given nothing in writing for the amount left on the voucher and was told that the voucher will be kept in the till until my next visit and that he would remember me. I went in today and I explained what was said and agreed on my previous visit. He went off and got a small petty cash tin and ruffled his way through some receipts and told me he had no voucher and could not recall having this conversation!!!!!!! TOTAL CON !!! DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS !!!!

I'm 43 years old and this was the worse haircut I've ever had. The barbers speak very poor English and don't go out of their way to make sure they fully understand what you're saying when telling them what kind of haircut you're looking for. Then they just start cutting your hair so fast that by the time you look up your hair is 80% shorter than what you asked for and nothing can be done about it. I will have to wear a hat for many weeks until my har is long enough to have another barber correct it.

Im so sad i cannot upload photos in here… but I ended paying 51 pounds for buzzing my hair in 3 minutes and do my beard in another 20 and I’ve never got a most disastrous result. Banding lines on my beard, areas with patches, the neck wasn’t symmetric (one side of the jaw was rounded and another one was spiky). The fact that also got the guts to charge me the buzzing after that sloppy job is outrageous. I payed it with a bit of disappointment because the price is insanely high, but when I arrived home I was fuming. Definitely I won’t recommend this place at all, even a kid on practices at the barbershop in The hideout in Warwick did a way better job. And if you want a senior doing the job it will be 50% less than this place. If anyone want to see the bad service I will be more than happy to show the photos.

Went for a beard trim and facial etc. It was a birthday treat from my wonderful wife. A thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable experience. I felt (and looked!) ten years younger. Serdar was incredibly skilled, professional and friendly, and he makes a terrific cup of coffee too! The salon’s design was fantastic, and spotlessly clean.I will be back!! Paul Little Kineton.

Booked the haircut, beard trim, throat shave and facial for my husband for his birthday surprise. First of all His face is extremely irritated and skin is burning. I would avoid a facial in this place they use very harsh products not suitable for sensitive skin at all. I would have thought they did a skin patch test or at least asked him if he had sensitive skin. His face was just getting redder and redder throughout the treatment. The hot towel was burning his eyes. You would have thought the barber would see this reaction and stop the treatment. The barber created a bald spot in his beard. And the barber made the suggestion of trimming his eyebrows, he essentially has no eyebrows left no more. And my husbands eyebrows takes very very very long to grow back. Complete disaster for £82.

From a short cut to a steam and shave, they offer a lot of options and as a chap, it’s nice to feel like I’m treating myself a bit to something special. Nice to have drinks on arrival, beautiful leather chesterfield to wait on. Attention to detail second to none. Worth the time and the money.

Always enjoy getting my hair cut here. The guys are so friendly and chatty. They cut with great precision and my hair always looks great, no matter the barber I chose / who’s free. Walk’ins really help too when I have unexpected time and they can accommodate. Spot on

I had the pleasure of having a beard trim service from Serdar a couple of weeks ago. I can honestly say this was the best beard trim service I have had since I moved to Leamington from London. I also had my nose and ears waxed, steam and hot towel service, everything was fantastic. I recommend to anyone looking for a high level service.

First time at this place, only went because I liked the name. However I had a fantastic service from start to finish, I felt really good when I left. I've never had a wet shave before, but will definitely be going back. Would recommend this place to anyone.
