   I used the free consultation service that SH&P offered recently and found it very helpful. I initially made contact via their web form and detailed me query. After about a week I heard back from one of the team, Robert Gaunt, offering to organise a telephone consultation with option to switch to video chat if necessary. After a little back and forth we fixed a date and time. Robert was available when I called and he had already looked into my query so we were quickly up to speed. His advice was clear and he explained his thinking and the various relevant institutions and guidance. This was a very useful experience, Robert demonstrated preparedness, professionalism, was polite and thorough and moreover a pleasure to speak to. If the need arises in the future for services such as theirs I will definitely be considering SH&P at the top of my list.
