   bunch of unprofessional, money grabbing amateurs. I would not shop there again. What a fiasco. The promise of delivery within 2-3 days are just empty words. I waited over a week to get delivery arranged. Their chosen delivery company did the rest. Waited all day at home to receive delivery. Called transport company at 17.00 on the day of delivery to find out what had happened. Was offered a call back from them once they had contacted the driver and then nothing happened at all. Five days later, exactly two weeks after ordering and paying for the goods I requested a full refund. Apparently the goods got damaged in transit. I am speechless about the lack of communication. What a waste of my time!

   Bought a door. It was bend by a few mm and wouldn’t fit as a sliding door. Tried to get refund. Got refused even though we sent photos. Gave up. Bought another door elsewhere.

   They make it really hard to return something. 40% restocking fee + you need to send it with palletised delivery to avoid damaging it means not getting any money back. I would not suggest buying from them at all.

   Misleading delivery time information on the website, difficult to get hold of the support team over the phone, it was first time ever I ordered from a company with 2 star review on google and I regret it, no idea if I will ever get the doors and when it will be. Have been waiting two weeks now, they don't know when it will be delivered, had to cancel builder, it suppose to be 3-5 days.

   After reading all the negative reviews on here. I still thought give the company a chance. I ordered 6 doors from start to finish my experience with this company has been exceptional. I was updated every day about delivery and the doors was delivered in 5 days.

   By far the worst customer service i have ever received. Emails are ignored they are refusing to refund us on door unless we pay a 40% restocking fee. The staff do not Asher technical questions and ask you to call the door manufacturer yourself to find out “ is the door a smooth or grained finish” the staff also speak terrible English making having a human conversation impossible. 4 of 5 doors have arrived but we still have been charged. If your thinking of purchasing goods room this company i strongly advise you do not even if another company has longer lead times.

   Worst customer service ever. Placed an order for fire door and fire door liner. Recieved email 3 days after ordering to say refunding you as 12 week delay then day before delivery of door got another email to say out of stock even though rang week before to check delivery day!will never use again amd wouldn’t recommend

   Avoid this company. I'm 250£ out of pocket with a door that is not fit for purpose wrongly described on their website. After ten's of emails they didn't manage to sort a collection in a month!.... Probably the refound will never happen.... So...No No No No!

   I ordered 8 internal doors from buildworld, then was given a choice of delivery day by the supplier, and was kept informed of the delivery progress. Called the delivery company on the day to get a time slot. Driver arrived with 7 doors. Was told the door was out of stock at the time but managed to get it delivered 2 weeks later. Overall a good experience.

   Ordered 40pieces of decorative timber , they only sent 30. I sent an email with the picture evidence but they are insisting they sent all of the items. I have never ordered from them before. I believe it’s a fraudulent company as they know most people wouldn’t bother to count when they are at a building site in the middle of a project . Will raise it with my credit company .
