Excellent haircut and outstanding service. The barber was very professional, listened carefully to what I wanted, and delivered exactly that. The attention to detail was impressive, and the whole experience was comfortable and welcoming. Friendly staff, clean environment, and great results. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back.
Friend and I went to get our hair cuts, did not do what we asked for, went rogue, has to repeatedly tell them to leave the top of my hair. Hair cuts we got aren't even good hair cuts, uneven and butchered is how'd id describe the hair cuts
I just wanted to share some honest feedback about my visit today. I asked for a fade, and while the sides were fine, the top was cut without any attention to what I had asked for. It felt rushed, and now I’m genuinely embarrassed by the way my hair looks. I understand everyone has off days, but as a customer, being listened to is the bare minimum. If someone isn’t confident or attentive enough to deliver what’s asked, it might be worth reconsidering their approach or do something else. Really disappointed with the experience
Probably the worst barber I’ve ever been to. I showed him a reference picture which he totally ignored and gave me an entire different haircut. It felt like he just wanted to quickly finish and did not even care about how it looked. I was about to get my beard done as well but the way he treated me, made me leave the shop with just my haircut.
Although it was my first time at this barbershop, I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The friendly staff and skilled barbers made me feel right at home, and the quality of service exceeded my expectations. I left feeling confident and satisfied with my haircut, and I'm already looking forward to returning. This barbershop has definitely earned my loyalty, and I can't wait for my next visit.
First time going to St Johns Barbershop. The service was incredible! The place was clean and well looked after and the staff were friendly. The staff took care of me and listened to my requests. The services might be considered expensive for some. HOWEVER, with the level of care and effort they provide it becomes apparent very quickly why they charge their prices. Overall really happy and will definitely recommend!
