   First visit for me (aged 52) and my 13 year old daughter yesterday, who was slightly nervous visiting a new hair salon. The reception staff made things very easy for me and, my daughter was delighted with the whole experience with her hairdress, Evie. I even got a nice coffee & biscuit whilst waiting for her. All round excellent and she's already told me she'll be back.

   Love my new trim. Ozzy did an outstanding job, he made me feel involved and welcome throughout. This is the best hair cut I’ve had! The young lady assisting him was also very lovely. He also spent extra time, so my hair could be donated to the princesses trust. Spot on

   My Daughter had her first ever visit to a hair salon today! She was a little scared as she thought she was getting all her hair chopped off?! we had a our visit with caitlin and omg! what an amazing person and hairdresser! she put her at ease! spoke with her the entire time! Gave her the full blown hair treatment! She absolutely loved it! When we left she asked if we could go back tomorrow! Thank you Cailtin♥️ you will definitely be seeing us again!

   I've been going to Timba for at least 10 years now. Chose them as they were the highest rated salon in Cardiff at the time, and I now refuse to have my hair cut or coloured by anyone else! I knew it was an excellent salon when they were honest with me about how certain cuts/colours would look - they knew my hair type, my colouring etc. would affect the outcome. I get so many compliments on my hair - it's the healthiest and happiest it's ever been and all the colours I've had have been amazing. All of the staff members are absolutely lovely, and no matter who cuts my hair, it always comes out great! I get a free "birthday blow dry" every year and there are fun little promotions throughout the year. Also have to add I love the little posh coffees you get. Love this place, recommend it to everyone I know, and I will keep coming back!

   Wow, all i can say is it was fantastic. My first time, walk in appointment. Lucy cut my hair and styled it. Complete transformation from medium length to short bob. Service was friendly, professional and faultless. Really reasonable too ❤ Will definitely recommend and be back. I had Lucy do my hair. Thank you!

   The best salon in south wales. I wouldn't go anywhere else at all for my hair. I have severe anxiety and struggle to go places, especially where I feel like I might be judged but the staff here are just the friendliest most welcoming people you will ever meet. From the moment you walk through the door until you leave you are treated like a V.I.P. I went on a day that the shop had been broken into and even during that hard time with all the stress and police there the staff all took the time to come check in with me and offer me hot drinks or just chat for a minute. I was so nervous about bleaching my virgin hair blonde but Ozzy talked me through the whole process and explained every step he took and made sure I was okay and was fine with what he was doing. He checked everything from tones of blonde to what shampoo Id prefer. He then listened to my ideas for a restyle for my hair and cut it better than I could have ever imagined. My hair has never looked better and the confidence boost I have now is unreal! Having been to many salons in the past who dont listen and do their own thing this was the best experience ive ever had and I booked back in straight away as it was so good!
