I loved the experience from start to finish. Chloe is wonderful and really insightful and knowledgeable. I wanted a whole overhaul and she saw the vision. I also interacted with management and they couldn't have been friendlier. will 100% be coming back when I'm in Cardiff
I really enjoyed my haircut, the stylist was wonderful and very attentive. Overall, I’m happy with the result. The only thing I would suggest improving is making sure hair doesn’t get all over the clothes and neck. I know there are special protective covers used before putting on the cape, but in my case, I still ended up with lots of cut hair on my neck and even on my top. It felt quite itchy on the way home. Also, I personally prefer a bit more volume in the styling, but I think that’s just a matter of taste.
Gabrielle was amazing! She was super lovely the whole time and I loved the haircut I received! I was a little nervous as I wanted to cut my hair a lot shorter than I am used to, and she was very supportive and helpful in choosing a length and making me feel confident with it too. I will definitely come back, and I would highly recommend to other people also! Thank you!
Lauren was warm, welcoming, and had excellent attention to detail! She asked me lots of insightful questions to help pin down the right direction for my hair. She also worked quickly to finish my appointment in time for me to go to work, which I appreciated. The color turned out perfect!
I was with Niamh for a cut and blow-dry. It was genuinely the best hair experience I have ever had. She listened to what I wanted and didn't go rogue.. Can't count the amount of times this has happened. She was friendly, calm and my hair looks amazing! I will visit again ✨

I checked online to make sure they accepted student discount on the day I showed up, but when I went to pay they said they don't accept it (I had my student ID in hand). I didn't have time to argue because I had to attend a funeral so despite asking twice and being refused just paid anyway
